What happens if I go over monthly email or document limits?

When using an email parser like Parserr, we never want you or your business to suffer as a result of going over your limits.

We never block your emails from coming in. If you are on one of our paid accounts, we will simply send you an email limit notification letting you know that you have exceeded your limits for the month but will continue to process your emails. If we don’t hear back from you, we will try to contact you again. If we cannot make contact, we will pause your processing until such time as we can make contact.
